Collaborative work with Helena Pernow, Alva Noreen and Linnea Dalstrand, exhibited at Galleri KC in Gothenburg (2024).
This project explores collective textile processes, with a particular focus on plant dyeing. The project is structured in three parts. It begins with a shared dye bath using pigments harvested and extracted from our surroundings, followed by individual work in separate studios, where the dyed materials are developed through different textile techniques. The third part consists of a collective installation, bringing together the materials created throughout the process.
The project draws attention to the artisanal practices that emerge through shared labour, where multiple hands and bodies contribute to the making process.
